At B & F Machine, our professionals and staff are committed to process control and product quality. Our Quality Management System has earned us the following certifications:

Our Quality Assurance Department consists of 25 employees committed to quality and compliance. Some of our inspection capabilities include:

9 CMMs with the largest being 130 x 100 x 78; capable of programming from a Model; Zeiss Gear Pro Software, Full-Scan, and REVO 5-Axis.
Self-Release Personnel for Pratt and Whitney Aircraft, General Electric, General Dynamics Electric Boat, Mitsubishi Power Systems, and Rhinestahl CTS.
All tool calibration to NIST standards
7-Axis Faro Measurement Arm, by Hexagon.
